GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE Rich Abbott Media

Article 1: Scope of Application

These general conditions of sale apply to all transactions concluded through the websites of the Rich Abbott Media network. "Client" refers to any natural or legal person placing a validated order with Rich Abbott Media via our secure payment platform.

Article 1a: Age Limit

Age restrictions apply. Rich Abbott Media only accepts clients over the age of 16 for digital products and courses, and over the age of 18 for services including coaching, workshops, and seminars. We take reasonable steps to restrict access to our sites, products, and services to minors. While the content of our products and services is not of a shocking nature, we target a mature audience capable of understanding the implications and responsibilities of personal financial development. Any subscriber who does not meet the applicable age criteria will be removed from our database as soon as this is brought to our attention. Any customer who does not meet these criteria will be promptly refunded and access to the relevant product or service will be revoked.

Article 2: Order

Any order placed on a site belonging to Rich Abbott Media implies full and unreserved acceptance of these general conditions of sale.

Article 3: Price

Prices are indicated in United States dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated, inclusive of any applicable taxes. The price of products and courses may be changed at any time. However, the price applied to an order will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed.

Article 4: Payment

Payment is due immediately at the time of order, including for pre-order products. We accept payment by major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. Secure online payment processing is handled by PayPal. Information transmitted during payment is encrypted and cannot be read during transport over the network. Security of the payment system is the responsibility of PayPal and cannot be attributed to Rich Abbott Media.

Article 5: Digital Product Delivery

Rich Abbott Media sells digital products and online courses. Upon successful payment, access to your purchased product or course will be granted via the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly at the time of purchase. Rich Abbott Media is not responsible for delivery failures resulting from an incorrectly entered email address. Article 6: Refund Policy

All sales are final. Rich Abbott Media does not offer refunds on digital products, online courses, or any other digital content once access has been granted. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that you have read these terms, understand the no-refund policy, and agree that no refund will be issued under any circumstances after access has been provided.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased content, Rich Abbott Media will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue promptly. Technical support requests should be submitted through richabbott.com. Resolution of a technical issue does not constitute grounds for a refund.

In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback initiated through your credit card provider, Rich Abbott Media reserves the right to provide documentation of your purchase, your acceptance of these terms, and your access to the purchased content to the relevant payment processor.

Article 7: Protection of Personal Data

Rich Abbott Media collects and stores personal data provided at the time of purchase or newsletter subscription, including name and email address. This data is used to deliver purchased products, send order confirmations, and where consent has been given, to send information and promotional content related to Rich Abbott Media products and services. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is handled in accordance with applicable Canadian privacy legislation including PIPEDA.

Article 8: Intellectual Property

All content produced and sold by Rich Abbott Media — including course materials, written content, audio, video, frameworks, and downloadable resources — remains the intellectual property of Rich Abbott Media. Purchase grants a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the content for individual purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, resale, or public sharing of any Rich Abbott Media content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

Article 9: Limitation of Liability

Rich Abbott Media provides educational content for informational purposes. Nothing contained in our products or courses constitutes financial, legal, or investment advice. Rich Abbott Media is not liable for financial decisions made by clients based on course content. Results described in course materials are illustrative and not guaranteed. Individual results will vary based on effort, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.

Article 10: Applicable Law

All clauses in these general conditions of sale, and all purchase transactions referenced herein, are subject to the laws of the Province of Manitoba, Canada. Any disputes arising from these conditions shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Manitoba.
